“No communication from bouncehouse360 throughout the booking process. Local business partner contacted me initially couple days before the event. Local business refused to deliver as promised the day before due to concerns of the unit not fitting. Local business partner requested I cancel the order. Due to the proximity of this issue to the event itself, I requested a cancellation via bouncehouse360. They cancelled but refused to refund my deposit citing company policy. Requested a one-time discretion and refused again. Will not do business with bouncehouse360 again.”

“The bounce house was an hour late! The delivery guy, Matthew, was an adorable cutie but the insistence that I pay via Zelle or CashApp upon delivery was not an option I anticipated. I expected to leave payment on the card I booked with and it took him nearly another hour to resolve that issue. Ultimately, I was able to leave the final payment on a credit card which was my preference in case of a problem. Ultimately, the house was FILTHY with many holes and a host of tape covering the issues. But whatever, it was fine but definitely not worth the nearly $300 we were charged. You asked & I told it...🤷🏽‍♀️.”
